“I had a question about the increase in premium for our personal auto policy renewal.
I spoke with Patty. Initially, she could not see the reason for the increase in premium, but she offered to do some research and get back to me. Within a few days, she found the reason and called me back. She also found a personal auto policy that was more than half the cost of our current policy. Patty was very helpful and I look forward to working with her to switch to the new policy soon.
